Candidates should exhibit the following behaviors:

A Shift Manager is responsible for running excellent shifts and assisting the General Manager and Assistant Managers in operating an Arby's restaurant to ensure guests receive an outstanding dining experience. The Shift Manager guides Team Members, ensures operating standards, and trains and assists team members in all restaurant positions and tasks. The role requires standing for up to 8 hours, lifting 25 to 40 pounds, and performing pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and bilateral use of fingers and wrists. Effective communication through verbal and written means with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors is essential. The Shift Manager also reconciles cash, completes manual and computer-based paperwork, and monitors and maintains quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
