Responsibilities include:

• Running excellent shifts and assisting the General Manager and Assistant Managers in managing the restaurant.
• Ensuring guests receive an outstanding dining experience.
• Guiding Team Members, ensuring operating standards, and training and assisting Team Members on all positions and tasks.
• Standing for up to 8 hours and lifting 25 to 40 pounds.
• Performing pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
• Communicating effectively with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors through verbal and written means.
• Reconciling cash, completing manual and computer-based paperwork, and monitoring quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
