This role is in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and products. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Overview

Shift Manager – Lead shifts, ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience, and maintain quality, service and cleanliness. Provide leadership to crew and other managers, meet targets, monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth transition.
