Shift Manager Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, act to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth transition. They also help their assigned departments meet goals.

Qualifications
