Job Description
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at each visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service and cleanliness.
Shift Managers plan shifts, monitor performance, take corrective action when needed, and monitor safety, security and profitability. They also communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth transition.
Shift Managers may be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments achieve their goals.

Qualifications
