Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to guarantee excellent quality, service and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform tasks such as: planning each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing McDonald’s standards, overseeing safety, security and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth transition. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting department targets and achieving overall shift goals.
