Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead in New Jersey to drive energy and excellence across each shift. You will coach Team Members, resolve customer concerns, and partner with the management team to execute strategic initiatives.

The role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to food safety and guest satisfaction. As a Shift Lead, you will oversee daily operations, assist with hiring and training, manage cash and inventory, and ensure adherence to health and safety

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; strong organizational abilities.
• Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency.
• Good attendance and punctuality; able to lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members; ensure Shift Excellence tasks are completed.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Provide feedback to GM on performance; participate in training Team Members.

About the Job:As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's high standards. You'll take charge, resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership will inspire others as you coach and guide your team to success. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
