Job summary

Taco Bell in Alamogordo, NM is seeking a Shift Lead to energize the team, handle customer concerns, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach teammates, ensure MIC routines, and partner with the GM on initiatives to shape the store's future.

The role requires 1 year in restaurant/retail, 3 months shift lead preferred, and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. You’ll manage cash, inventory, labor, food safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required to move up to 45 lbs and handle shifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing MIC routines and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations with guests.
• Provide regular feedback to GM on Team Member performance and assist with training.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates and with Profit & Loss controls.
• Oversee food preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards adherence.
