Requirements

Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness. Tasks include planning, monitoring performance, ensuring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a successful shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet their goals.
