Summary of Job: The Cage Shift Manager is responsible for safeguarding assets and supervising Cage operations by ensuring internal control procedures are followed, vigilance against irregularities, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This is a salaried position for the grave shift.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
• Safeguard assets.
• Supervise Cage personnel and Shift Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and gaming regulations.
• Maintain control and inventory of all currency, coins, checks, and related documents.
• Oversee all cage activities and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in evaluating, training, and instructing Cage personnel and Shift Supervisors.
• Manage scheduling, timesheet changes, and time off requests.
• Support recruitment, hiring, training, and personnel development.
• Maintain confidentiality of internal activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of cage experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state gaming regulations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
