Shift Manager – McDonald's

Job Description: Level 5 / Non‑Exempt / Full‑Time / Hourly Employee / Reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift, including employee training, food and restaurant safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Effectively delegate tasks to crew members and maintain shift targets.
• Support the Assistant Manager and General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas:
  • Kitchen – maintain food quality and safety.
  • People – coach, train, and provide feedback in the hiring decision‑making process.
  • Service – deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring the shift is well‑prepared and organized to provide the best service to every guest, both internal and external.
• Lead by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards.
