Job Description

• Level 5 / Non-Exempt / Full-Time / Hourly Employee / Reports to the General Manager
• Take action first: Lead a shift, including Employee Training, Food & Restaurant Safety, and Guest Satisfaction
• Be results-oriented: Effectively delegate tasks to Crew Members and maintain shift targets
• Lead the experience: Support the Assistant Manager and General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas:
• Kitchen - Maintain food quality and safety
• People – Coach, train, and provide feedback in the hiring decision-making process
• Service - Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring your shift is well-prepared and organized to provide the best service to every guest, both internal and external
• Understand that teamwork is key: Leads by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards
