Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during the shift and helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.

Qualifications
