Job summary

Responsibilities

• Shift Reports: Prepare shift reports, including sales, labor costs, and any incidents that occurred during your shift.
• Training: Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Problem‑Solving: Handle unexpected situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Promotions and Specials: Assist in promoting new menu items, deals, and promotions to drive sales.
