The Shift Manager runs shifts, leads team members, and supports the restaurant management team. The shift manager shares accountability with the restaurant management team for all restaurant operations, focusing on satisfying guests, developing team members, and growing sales and profits.
While performing duties, employees are regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. They may handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms, and occasionally sit, climb, or stoop. Employees must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include peripheral vision and focus adjustment. Exposure to cooking fumes and moderate noise levels are typical.
