Sonic Drive-In in Louisiana is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring quality food, a clean and safe environment, and a smooth guest experience.

You will help hire, train, and develop team members, aiming to spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers. The role offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and extensive training.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• As a Restaurant Shift Manager, assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.
