Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations. You will help ensure safe, efficient service and quality food for guests, while mentoring team members for growth.

You’ll be involved in hiring, training, and developing crew, helping spark moments of delightful possibility for customers and the local community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing team members to spark moments of delight for customers.

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience
