Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the General Manager in running the daily restaurant operations in a fast‑paced, guest‑centered environment. You will help ensure quality food, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency while leading a team to deliver delightful moments for customers.

Ideal candidates bring 18+ years old status, U.S. work eligibility, and preferably six months of restaurant experience; multiple benefits and a supportive training environment are offered.

• Age 18+, must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Prefer six months or more of restaurant experience

You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience
