Sonic Drive-In in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant GM in daily restaurant operations. You will ensure quality food, a clean and safe environment, and an enjoyable guest experience while supervising team members and assisting with hiring and training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Prefer six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for a great guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments for customers.

You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience
