Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You’ll help provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience each time.

You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members, helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers. This role is on-site in Enid, OK and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably 6+ months of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and Assistant GM in daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.

You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. Moments of Magic You Bring to the Crew

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience
