Job summary

SONIC is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager in Athens, Alabama, to assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality food, a clean, safe, and efficient environment, and an enjoyable guest experience.

You will help recruit, train, and develop team members, manage scheduling, and uphold Sonic standards while sparking moments of delightful possibility for every customer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment for guests.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delight.

You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.
