Job summary

Pizza Hut in Nashua, NH is seeking a Shift Leader who will report to the Restaurant General Manager. You will lead on-shift operations, train team members, and uphold Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut standards to deliver great service.

You will own shifts, handle inventory and safety, enforce brand standards, and help create a positive restaurant culture while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with all policies.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification required or in progress.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and positive team leadership are essential.
• Familiarity with Pizza Hut tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of restaurant and team during shifts.
• Train team members to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut standards.
• Resolve customer complaints using BLAST and prioritize customer needs.
• Promote a positive restaurant culture and employee experience.
• Manage inventory, food orders, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Enforce service principles and brand standards on shifts.
• Assist RGM with scheduling, forecasting, and inventory oversight.
• Ensure tools and knowledge are available for success.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction and maintain compliance with laws.
