Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, lead the team during shifts, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will train staff, manage inventory, uphold safety standards, and maintain brand quality.

This role requires ServSafe certification, solid Microsoft Office skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. As a brand ambassador, you will drive high service scores, apply Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut policies, and help create a positive employee experience

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification required.
• MSM courses 4-5 completed or in progress preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong leadership and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage shift operations and team during shifts.
• Train team to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut standards.
• Resolve customer complaints using BLAST and keep customer first.
• Maintain inventory and place food orders.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and brand standards on shifts.
