Job summary

Pizza Hut Shift Leader reports to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Restaurant General Manager, building leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations and drive guest satisfaction.

Lead the team to execute shifts, train staff, resolve complaints, and uphold Pizza Hut standards while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certified or eligible.
• MSM courses 4-5
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
