Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a team during shifts. You will train staff, resolve customer concerns, and uphold Pizza Hut standards to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities include inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and brand guidelines while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience training team members to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut standards.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food-safety credentials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and responsibility of restaurant and team during shifts.
• Train team members to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut, LLC standards.
• Use BLAST to resolve all customer complaints and always put customer needs first.
• Own and promote positive restaurant culture and employee experience.
• Responsible for inventory and food orders.
• Enforce and follow Pizza Hut service principles (Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Service, Service with a Smile).
• Assist RGM with oversight and execution of store inventory, forecasting, scheduling processes.
• Ensure all team members have tools and knowledge necessary for success.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction on all shifts.
• Ensure restaurant meets/exceeds brand standards and processes on shifts.
