Shift Manager

We need a Shift Manager to join our team.

Cold Stone Creamery delivers the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience through a community of passionate franchisees. Our secret recipe for smooth, creamy ice cream is handcrafted daily in each store and customized with a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone. Cold Stone Core Values include:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Offering top-notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment
• Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
• Keeping the store clean and organized

Requirements:

• At least 3-6 months of food service leadership experience
• Cake Decorating experience is a huge plus
• Experience in motivating co-workers
• Cash handling experience and familiarity with Word and Excel
• Reliable transportation
• The ability to work up to 5-6 hours a day on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
• Clear communication skills with customers
• Successful Shift Managers will be eligible for promotion and pay raises
