Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership during shifts, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned Departments meet their goals.
