Job summary

Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller is seeking a Shift Leader for our Gloucestershire depot to lead operational teams, ensure safe loading and on-time dispatch, and support warehouse and transport functions. You will drive performance, address issues, and foster a culture of safety and customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, warehouse, logistics or FMCG.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• The ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, time-critical operation.
• Experience managing performance, attendance and operational priorities.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
