Müller is recruiting a Chill Shift Lead at Severnside to drive OE initiatives and people management on a 4 on/4 off schedule. You will coach frontline teams, deliver development plans via LMS, and collaborate with other functions to improve safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver development plans through LMS for own team aligned to OGSM.
• Create succession pathways both up through and across organisation.
• Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems.
• Uses PDCA techniques to follow problems through to “100 year fix” in real time.
• Enabling team to create and deliver OE opportunities aligned to OGSM.
• Owns and delivers OE initiatives and is recognised for these.
• Drives OE opportunities throughout the team.
• Supports team to demonstrate OE contribution through PDP process.
• Looks and encourages others to find ‘waste’ opportunities in everything we do.
• People management including delivery of performance reviews, development and coaching of the team and dealing with employee relations issues.
• Collaboratively work with other teams to improve our business.
• Health and Safety commitment demonstrated through go, look, see and put in place corrective actions.

We are currently recruiting for a Chill Shift Lead

Hours: Full Time/Permanent

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Location: Severnside

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Creating and delivering development plans through LMS for own team aligned to OGSM
• Creating succession pathways both up through and across organisation
• High level problem solving capability and facilitation skills
• Go, look, see issues by visiting the workstation when called upon
• Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems
• Uses PDCA techniques to follow problems through to “100 year fix” in real time
• Enabling team to create and deliver OE opportunities aligned to OGSM
• Encourages others to seek out improvement opportunities within the workplace and converts to own OE projects
• Owns and delivers OE initiatives and is recognised for these
• Drives OE opportunities throughout the team
• Supports team to demonstrate OE contribution through PDP process
• Looks and encourages others to find ‘waste’ opportunities in everything we do
• People management including delivery of performance review, development and coaching of the team and dealing with employee relations issues
• Collaboratively work with other teams to improve our business
