Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership and Team Support. Lead by example while supporting team members, promoting accountability, and maintaining a positive, customer-focused work environment.
• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience. Provide outstanding customer service and assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support Daily Store Operations. Help ensure the store operates efficiently and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain Cash Control and Inventory Standards. Assist with cash handling procedures, inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and product presentation throughout the store.
• Maintain Store Appearance and Safety Standards. Ensure the store, restrooms, food service areas, and exterior grounds remain clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times.
• Perform Other Duties as Assigned. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations, customer satisfaction, and business needs.
