Job summary

24/7 Travel Stores in Maple Hill, KS is seeking a part-time Shift Manager to lead daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support on‑shift teams with accountability and positive leadership.

You will help maintain store standards, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive performance. The role offers hourly pay from $18.25 to $22.56, with benefits including health and dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership and Team Support. Lead by example while supporting team members, promoting accountability, and maintaining a positive, customer-focused work environment.
• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience. Provide outstanding customer service and assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support Daily Store Operations. Help ensure the store operates efficiently and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain Cash Control and Inventory Standards. Assist with cash handling procedures, inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and product presentation throughout the store.
• Maintain Store Appearance and Safety Standards. Ensure the store, restrooms, food service areas, and exterior grounds remain clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times.
• Perform Other Duties as Assigned. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations, customer satisfaction, and business needs.
