24/7 Travel Stores is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead a team on shift. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient store environment.

You will contribute to a positive, customer-focused atmosphere while supporting team members and promoting store success. Flexible hours and performance incentives are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide Leadership and Team Support: Lead by example and support team members.

• Support Daily Store Operations: Ensure efficient operations per policies and standards.

• Perform Other Duties as Assigned to support store operations and business needs.

Position Summary

Essential Job Functions

3. Support Daily Store Operations
Help ensure the store operates efficiently and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

4. Maintain Cash Control and Inventory Standards
Assist with cash handling procedures, inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and product presentation throughout the store.

5. Maintain Store Appearance and Safety Standards
Ensure the store, restrooms, food service areas, and exterior grounds remain clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times.

6. Perform Other Duties as Assigned
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations, customer satisfaction, and business needs.
