• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and team support to promote accountability and a positive, customer-focused work environment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Support daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Maintain cash control and inventory standards, merchandising, stocking, and product presentation.
• Maintain store appearance and safety standards including restrooms and exterior areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations and business needs.

Position Summary

As a Retail Shift Manager, you will help oversee daily store operations while providing leadership and support to team members during your shift. • 1. Provide Leadership and Team Support Lead by example while supporting team members, promoting accountability, and maintaining a positive, customer-focused work environment.
• 2. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Provide outstanding customer service and assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• 3. Support Daily Store Operations Help ensure the store operates efficiently and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• 4. Maintain Cash Control and Inventory Standards Assist with cash handling procedures, inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and product presentation throughout the store.
• 5. Maintain Store Appearance and Safety Standards Ensure the store, restrooms, food service areas, and exterior grounds remain clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times.
• 6. Perform Other Duties as Assigned Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations, customer satisfaction, and business needs.
