• Support cash handling, inventory management, merchandising, stocking and product presentation.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, safety, and readiness for customers at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations and business needs.

Essential Job Functions

1. Provide Leadership and Team Support Lead by example while promoting a positive, customer-focused work environment. Support team members through coaching, communication, and accountability to help drive individual and store success.
2. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Create a welcoming environment for every guest by providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally.
3. Support Daily Store Operations Assist the General Manager in ensuring the travel center operates efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
4. Maintain Cash Control and Inventory Standards Help ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed while supporting inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and product presentation throughout the store.
5. Maintain Store Appearance and Safety Standards Ensure the store, restrooms, food service areas, and exterior grounds remain clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times.
6. Perform Other Duties as Assigned Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations, customer satisfaction, and business needs.
