We're seeking a motivated Shift Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding guest experiences!

Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee 100% satisfaction for every guest.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly using BAM! to ensure guest happiness.
  • Inspire and motivate crew members and management to exceed performance expectations.
  • Lead in collecting and acting upon Voice of the Customer feedback.
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels to meet guest service needs.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
  • Deliver positive engagement during guest interactions.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of ingredients and menu items, maintaining food safety standards.
  • Drive profitability by managing product projections and minimizing waste.
  • Create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
  • Provide ongoing motivation, set team goals, and identify training opportunities.
  • Support crew members by addressing questions and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Communicate sales goals, deadlines, and expectations clearly.
  • Gain expertise in sales forecasting, scheduling, inventory management, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with cash control, security, safety, and food quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Role Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 months' experience as a team member.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work rotating shifts.
  • Completed Shift Manager Training.
  • Take pride in your work.
  • Prioritize customer service and positively impact guest experiences.
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
  • Bring an upbeat, positive attitude.
  • Be timely and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and training materials.
  • Ability to perform basic math operations and interpret measurements.
Physical Demands
  • Stand, walk, communicate, taste, and smell regularly.
  • Handle, feel, reach, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally.
  • Lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Have peripheral vision and focus adjustment.
  • Occasionally exposed to cooking fumes; moderate noise level.
  • Meet deadlines and adapt to priorities.
  • Travel for training or support as needed.
