You would lead your shift at Wendy’s by ensuring it is fun, fast, friendly, and never out of bacon.

You can handle customer interactions, whether good or bad. Your goal is to become the boss one day! Let’s see how you do!

You make sure your team members know how things work, and if that is the case, you all will enjoy working together!

Lastly, you ensure food safety standards and procedures are strictly followed.

What we expect from you

What you bring to the table:

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most of your shift
• Lift up to 25-50 lbs.
• Handle weather-related moments, like rain at the drive-thru or taking out trash during winter
• Wear a headset, operate restaurant equipment such as registers or grills, and follow brand standards and guidelines
