Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness for customers.
Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth operations. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments achieve their goals.

Positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment are sought. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager at our corporate‑owned restaurants.
