Shift Manager – Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Shift Managers plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet standards, monitor safety, security, profitability, communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them, meet shift targets, and help departments reach goals.

Qualifications

Benefits and Perks

Salary: $16.00‑$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and availability.
