Responsibilities

1. Oversee operational tasks including food prep, customer service, and cleanliness.
2. Train and develop team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.
4. Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial goals.
5. Monitor inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
6. Collaborate with management to improve processes continuously.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry.
2. Proven leadership skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
