Legacy Restaurant Group, operating Wendy's franchises, seeks a Shift Manager to support the management team, develop crew, and ensure service quality.

Candidates must be 18+, have at least one year of fast-food supervisory experience, reliable transport, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.

As a Shift Manager, you'll support the restaurant management team in leading and developing crew members, providing friendly service with a smile, and ensuring the team is focused on providing the quality products Wendy's is known for.

• Training Crew Members in operational and service behaviors
• Supervising Crew in service, cleanliness and food quality behaviors to ensure we meet the needs of our Guests
• Executing cost control systems
• Having a “Can-Do” Attitude when working as part of the Team
