Legacy Wendy’s restaurant is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to support the management team by guiding crew, ensuring friendly service, and maintaining Wendy’s quality standards in a fast-paced environment. You will train crew members, supervise service, uphold cleanliness and food quality, and assist with cost-control measures.

Must be at least eighteen years old with one year of fast-food supervision and reliable transportation.

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old with one year of fast food/QSR supervisory experience.

As a Shift Manager, you'll support the restaurant management team in leading and developing crew members, providing friendly service with a smile, and ensuring the team is focused on providing the quality products Wendy's is known for.
