Legacy Wendy’s in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Shift Manager to support the restaurant management team, coach crew, and ensure friendly service while upholding Wendy’s quality standards.

You will train crew, supervise service and cleanliness, and manage costs with a Can-Do attitude in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+, with 1 year of fast food supervisory experience and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old with one year of fast food/QSR supervisory experience.
• Reliable transportation, demonstrated problem solving and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast paced environment.
