Job summary

Legacy Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Manager at Wendy's in Arkansas to support the restaurant management team, lead crew members, and maintain Wendy's standards of quality and service.

You will train staff, supervise service, cleanliness and food quality, and help control costs. Candidates must be 18+, have at least 1 year of fast food supervisory experience, reliable transportation, and demonstrate problem solving and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old with one year of fast food/QSR supervisory experience.
• Reliable transportation, demonstrated problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Training Crew Members in operational and service behaviors.
• Supervising Crew in service, cleanliness and food quality behaviors to ensure we meet the needs of our Guests.
