Legacy Restaurant Group's Wendy's location in Lincoln is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crew, ensure friendly service, and uphold Wendy's quality.

You'll train crew, supervise service, maintain cleanliness and food quality, and implement cost-control measures. A Can-Do attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications include being at least 18, with 1 year fast-food supervisory experience, reliable transportation, problem-solving and multitasking, and ability to motivate a fast-paced team.

As a Shift Manager, you'll support the restaurant management team in leading and developing crew members, providing friendly service with a smile, and ensuring the team is focused on providing the quality products Wendy's is known for.
