Legacy Wendy’s franchise is hiring a Shift Manager to support the restaurant management team, train crew, and ensure high-quality service. You will lead and develop crew members, maintain cleanliness and food quality, and drive cost-control initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 18+ years old with 1 year of fast-food supervisory experience, reliable transportation, and strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old with one year of fast food supervisory experience.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Demonstrated problem solving and multi-tasking skills.

As a Shift Manager, you'll support the restaurant management team in leading and developing crew members, providing friendly service with a smile, and ensuring the team is focused on providing the quality products Wendy's is known for.
