What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides their staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success
• Manages Inventory

Responsibilities include inspiring staff, resolving issues, managing inventory, completing paperwork, and handling financial deposits. The role also involves leading daily shifts and closing the store.

Qualifications and Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as carrying up to 40 pounds, standing for hours, and reaching/bending
• Basic computer skills
• Effective communication skills in English
