Job summary

Silverlake Ramen in Katy, TX is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our team from day one in a fast casual, street-inspired setting. You will manage opening/closing, maintain quality and guest experience, and report to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, strong communication skills, and availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Food Handler and TABC certifications (or willingness to obtain) are required.

• Prior shift lead or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run smooth shift opening and closing procedures to keep operations seamless
• Manage cash handling and register reconciliation accurately
• Train, supervise, and motivate team members during your shift
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Step in to assist on the line or front counter during busy times
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure a fun dining experience
• Report directly to the General Manager and support overall restaurant success
