Qualifications

• Experience in server/front-of-house roles preferred (ramen/Japanese restaurant experience is a plus).
• Certification: TABC and Texas Food Handler required (or willing to obtain upon hire).
• Strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests in our dining area and honeycomb booths.
• Present menus, answer guest questions, and provide recommendations on ramen styles, broths, and sides.
• Take accurate orders using POS and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Serve hot meals and drinks while maintaining high presentation standards.
• Check in on tables to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meals.
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Bus, sanitize, and reset tables to maintain smooth dining room flow.
• Collaborate with team to keep service areas clean and stocked.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and promptly communicate special requests to the kitchen
• Serve hot meals, drinks, and ramen efficiently while maintaining high presentation standards
• Check in on tables throughout their meal to ensure complete guest satisfaction
• Process payments, handle cash, and manage card transactions accurately
• Bus, sanitize, and reset tables quickly to maintain smooth dining room flow
• Collaborate with team members to keep service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior server, host, or front-of-house restaurant experience preferred (ramen/Japanese restaurant experience is a plus)
• Certification: TABC and Texas Food Handler certifications required (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Skills: Strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Availability: Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
