Responsibilities

1. Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
2. Train and develop team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service consistently.
3. Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain high quality standards.
4. Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial targets.
5. Monitor and manage inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
6. Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes continuously.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry.
2. Proven leadership and customer service skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
