Hollywood Casino Kansas Speedway is seeking a Security Shift Manager to oversee security operations, ensure compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations, and manage security staff across various locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to guests and team members.
2. Oversee all security operations, including on-site and off-site security.
3. Ensure adherence to procedures and regulations.
4. Manage security staff, including scheduling and training.
5. Handle emergency situations and conduct safety checks.
6. Review and report security incidents and investigations.
7. Coordinate with other departments and manage security assets.
8. Supervise and manage team performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience; 5 years of security/law enforcement preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
